My small business is going pretty well. What do you bring to the table?
A: We can help you evaluate your business plan, write a winning business plan, put together a management team with you, train your employees to work optimally together, advise you on legal compliance, refer you to many places to reduce costs, point out upcoming potholes in the road, put together a professional advisory team to keep you out of legal and financial hassles, train your employees to sell to 100% of your potential market, teach you how to manage across the generations, teach you how to obtain funding for your company, serve as advisors to or on your Board of Directors, and keep you sane.
We do this for a very reasonable fee and a small slice of your stock, betting that our skill will help you be successful and make all of us unbelievably wealthy.
Can you get my business funding?
A: No. We are not broker/dealers, and we do not directly obtain funding. We can advise you as to which broker/dealers you should speak and advise you on which lawyers, accountants, brokers, etc. you might speak with to assure legal compliance and effective fund raising. We can assist you with presentations, business plans, and so on for presentation to groups you or your broker/dealer put you in contact with. But we cannot obtain your company funding nor introduce you to funding sources directly. These things are illegal and outside our scope of consultation.

A: Our team consists of a Boomer and an Xer who have worked and taught together for years. We have intensely researched this vital topic, and are considered the best in the field. We use real life pragmatic examples, as well as a large dose of humor and interaction.
What else do you do for businesses?
A: We can provide highly effective team building and communications workshops. One of the “companies” we trained in communications was the 10th Special Forces Division of the United States Army shortly before their deployment to Iraq. Obviously the stakes were very high in that training, and these honored soldiers loved it! But talk about a tough audience! If we can help them do a better job of serving our country and saving lives (theirs and others’), we can help your company.
