John and Nicole Heckers both grew up the Denver Metro area, and know the Front Range well. Having graduated from Regis High School, and Colorado Academy respectively, and with degrees from the University of Colorado and the University of Denver, John and Nicole Heckers are incredibly well connected in the Front Range.
While we perform Executive Coaching and Corporate Training locally, nationally and internationally, we work with Executive Transition clients exclusively in the Front Range, Colorado area to maximize the clients’ networking potential with our alumni, contacts and one another.

John and Nicole Heckers have advanced degrees in appropriate fields, as well as certifications, as appropriate. In addition, John has been helping people with their careers since 1980, and Nicole since 2000, with previous experience in professional counseling.

About Nicole Heckers
Nicole Heckers, MA, BCPC (Board Certified in Professional Counseling by the APA) is Vice President of Heckers Development Group LTD and coaches Executive clients on career management, networking, and interviewing. She is a Life-Strategist, corporate trainer, researcher, counselor/therapist, public speaker, teacher, author, and small business owner, and has worked as a consultant to various industries for over 10 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Nicole has over 5 years of corporate training experience, consulting to top companies in a variety of industries.
