About Nicole Raphael
Nicole Raphael, MA is a Career Strategist and Corporate Trainer with the Heckers Development Group, LTD, a consulting firm based in Denver, Colorado, specializing in Corporate Training, Transition Consulting and Strategic Coaching.
Nicole has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from the Florida State University. She was awarded a certification in Performance Management in 2003. During her studies her focus was on industrial and organizational psychology.
Nicole has trained hundreds of middle managers and employees across the Public Administration and Tourism sectors. She has also developed effective job skills training tools in a Human Resource Management environment.
Additionally, Nicole brings her Marketing and PR experience to Heckers Development Group, LTD, having graduated from the University of Westminster, London with a Masters in Tourism Management and has consulted for the Tourism Offices of New York State, Ontario Tourism, and Palm Beach County, Florida.
