Those who are receiving Executive Coaching often are successful in having their fee wholly or partially paid or reimbursed by their companies. We provide a letter and in-depth information to your HR Department to help you obtain reimbursement.
For all of services we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Clients who are not local to the Denver Metro Area may pay on-line through PayPal. Our products can be purchased through our product website .
For our Transition clients: While our professional fee is often less than “outplacement firms” we provide a great deal more.
We only work with fifteen (15) transition clients at one time, assuring that you receive the essential personal attention to your executive job search that you deserve. We also “share the risk” with you – only charging a portion of our fee as a retainer, and receiving the remainder only after we have produced for you.
Considering that we can usually substantially reduce the duration of an executive job search, most executives find that our fee “pays for itself” almost immediately. Even at the modest salary of $100K per annum, an unemployed executive is “burning” almost $2K per week, even without adding in the cost of lost benefits and perks such as health and dental insurance, retirement plans, stock options or purchase and so on, not to mention paying for COBRA coverage and other unexpected expenses.
