Our company vision is to utilize our extensive experience in the business and career worlds, along with our proven counseling backgrounds, to assist our clients in creating success for themselves and their families.
Our values recognize that success is defined in many ways. For some it is ”finding the song they were meant to sing.” For others it is making an idea reality through a business venture. For some, it is seeing a work team become optimally productive. For yet others it is the creation of personal wealth and financial security, insofar as that is possible in an uncertain world.

We realize that your career and business journey is one that encompasses every element of your life. Our company is deliberately small and we decided some time ago to work with a very select group of people whose dedication and values made them leaders in their fields. We believe in a close and highly accessible relationship with our clients. We make ourselves very available to serve your needs.
Many of our alumni (people who have completed our transition program) and our business clients have gone on to become valued friends. This is because we work intensively with each person we accept into our practice, and with their families. This is much more than a job for us. It is our passion – our “baby.” John and Nicole Heckers have, together, created a unique and personal service. We will always keep it that way. You are never a number to us…never “a fee.”
If you speak with our current clients and alumni of our program, you will hear that what is different about us is that we “take it personally.” We are personally and intensely invested in your success and growth.
Underlying our company is our personal spirituality. We believe that it is our responsibility to treat each individual as we would wish to be treated. We believe that we are accountable, not just to our clients, but to a higher power. While we do not discuss spirituality (unless requested to do so) in our work with clients, our deeply held beliefs drive us to do our very best for our clients and to achieve excellent results.
